Had a very satisfying dinner at James Beard winner Huebert Keller’s restaurant, Fleur. The food was great! The decor was less impressive. Don’t let that deter you, every morsel was expertly crafted. I had a small plate of skirt steak and fingerling potatoes and a starter of foie gras with red wine infused pears and asparagus. If you’re ever in Madalay Bay in Vegas, tell them TK sent you.
