Had a very satisfying dinner at James Beard winner Huebert Keller’s restaurant, Fleur. The food was great! The decor was less impressive. Don’t let that deter you, every morsel was expertly crafted. I had a small plate of skirt steak and fingerling potatoes and a starter of foie gras with red wine infused pears and asparagus. If you’re ever in Madalay Bay in Vegas, tell them TK sent you.

Goto Casino Royale on the strip for $1 margaritas and get a free “fun book” for $50 in slot money and other coins. It’s a shanty compared to the other casinos, but who else has grannies glued to their slots smoking thru their throat hole?
